Our Objective: A nutritional coaching program that is relevant for everyone.

It doesn’t matter your age, experience, or plans; we start with you — your life, needs, and goals.  We then develop a personalized plan to help you make nutritional decisions in a way that fits into your real, everyday life. Whether your goals are athletic or aesthetic, we implement a simple, effective, and scientific approach to individualized nutrition.

Practical achievement

When designing this coaching program, we take into consideration body composition, performance, and

satisfaction. Your plan is tailored to your needs and adjusted based on the feedback you provide. You don’t have to be hungry and weak to reach your goals and you don’t need to limit it to boring, bland foods. You don’t have to eat just to lose weight or build muscle.

The Proof is in the Practice

Think of the way you learn a new language or play the piano. It is all done through a series of practices. You train your brain and body to display these newly built skills. We treat health and fitness this same way. Nutrition is a practice and our program guides you through the practice to build a set of skills that you did not know you already have.

 

We work together to track the factors that are important to you. If you want to change your nutrition plan to perform better, you will work with your coach to track your athletic performance. If you want to look better, you will work with your coach and use the technologies available to track the improvements you will see in your body composition. If you want to feel better, we have methods to work with your coach on tracking the improvements you will see in how you are feeling.

More than “eat this” or “avoid that”

Our program is tiered so you can carry out each task skill and achieve each goal by redirecting your and your coaches focus toward the next level.  We break your complex nutritional goals into small, strategic daily practices that will add up to make optimal nutrition part of your healthy lifestyle. You will develop knowledge and habits that become second nature and last a lifetime.

 

Depending where you are in your nutritional and fitness journey and where you ultimately would like to see yourself, our coaches choose a starting point in these steps and progress you through to each step at your pace. We want this to be a long-term, sustainable solution for your health and fitness.

We are here whenever you need to talk, want a shopping list, need a weekly meal plan, answer any questions, or discuss anything else you would like to know. Our passion is to see you progress and meet your goals. You will be paired with a coach that we decide is best suited to guide you through this journey by your initial assessment.
